As I posted here, we can now decrypt and edit PS Vita save files, even for people on unhackable firmwares. I think this may be a great opportunity for a talented person to show off their sick skillz and make an editing tool for this with support for several Vita titles. What's great about this is that you can actually edit PS4 save files too, for PS4 games that support cross-save with Vita. Just edit the Vita save file, upload it and then download it on the PS4. No need to buy a japanese PC tool that may be blocked.
