Gaming How to edit your MGSV save file

I'm sick and tired of the people with moded saves invading my fob, and I want to give them a taste of there own medicine. I don't know how to decrypt the save, and the only app I found to do this, is very bad and old.

PS: I don't have a cfw ps4, and I don't want one.
Edit: I made a new post asking for someone to decrypt it for me.
