Hacking Help with Vice City PS Vita port

I'm trying to install skins for the Vice City port for the PS Vita but everytime I install them they don't show up in my game.I either get errors loading the game or the Scarface skin shows up looking like this instead

I follow the steps with downloading gta3.img in my PC,using IMG tool to edit out the player.dff with the Scarface skin mod player.dff but I still can't run it on my vita.I'm not sure if I have to click on rebuild the gta.img in the IMG tool to make it work.Any tips and torture would be nice so I can follow due to their been limited torture for skin mods for PS vita in Youtube.


I would also appreciate if anybody can help with the DMC Dante skin for Vice City which has the following files CSplay6.dff,CSplay6.txt d,player6.dff,player6.txt d
