Alright the new update is live and USB Helper is compatible with the new title key site.
I will of course not disclose the address but if you have specified in the past the address to that old title key site the app will try to find the new one automatically.

Cemu 1.7.5 is already shipped with the app. Make sure you didn't uncheck the box "Automatically update cemu"
