i only use devmenu to install game updates and dlc

good choice! ALL homebrew installers (FBI, BRM, NASA, SOON!) mess-up with dlc
dunno why
it is OK to install APP type (games, programs...) with homebrew, but for DLC it's recommended to use official Nintendo Tools

for now, it only works on CFW and GW (and GW clones)
It works in O3DS and N3DS

I think that small progress metter will slow down some things........

I know it is a long shot, but what CFW would you recommend using this on a old-3ds ?
