While compiling from the source is encouraged for those with the knowledge to do so, the entire point of compiled nightly releases is to provide stable-ish testing points for those able to test but unable/unwilling to compile.

Are key_0x1B.bin and key_0x16.bin completely different deal from slot0x11key96? Or could one generate needed seprate key files from the slot0x11 file? It does not seem the key files in this split format are not quite... Easy to come by yet.

Only located one key, I think maybe he is mistaken about both keys being present in reinand's at one point because the first reference I find to a 0x16 key is after Reisyukaku removed the hard coded keys and started generating them.
