rxtools.dat is not needed anymore, due to it being replaced by code.bin which is its proper place in rxTools folder

@Keizel you will need to install the new MSET ROP, the old one won't work. Also, there is no "code.bin" written so that you can install it through the browser, you will need to use a ds flashcard.

Edit: Correction, there is a code.bin in the MSET folder used to install the MSET ROP through the browser, but it should only work with the O3DS since the New3DS browser doesn't have the Spider exploit, to my understanding.

Nevermind, I was wrong! Seems there is a code.bin written for it! But I think that's only for O3DS.

I choose "Rxtools DG 4.X" without success... Also, I didn't find RxTools.dat, only the Nightly version of RxTools in dropbox without RxTools.dat

You are using a New 3DS correct? I'm not experienced with that but from what I understand, you can use gateway's NVRAM installer or downgrade it using FBI yourself (in sysnand, destination Nand)

I have a New 3DS, yes. Also, this has the MSET downgraded; before I had the ReiNAND with MSET fully functional, but now with RxTools, I don't find the RxTools.dat and neither how the install the new MSET Rop

You have the latest nightly? (rxTools_08-12-15.6d36ec6.zip)

Forget about the rxtools.dat, it was renamed and moved. Grab the rxinstaller.nds, put it on your DSTWO. Launch it using the DSTWO, it will install the N3DS 4.x ROP.

Hahaha I am stupid sometimes. I downloaded rxTools_08-09-15.1c0a7ae.zip because this was the first in appear on the link.

I don't have a DS card (I do have GW but I have misplaced the blue cards).
I installed my GW mset by using a code.bin via spider to install the exploit in my o3ds and that works well with this url:
http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop/?LoadCode4.dat&code.bin
I found a code.bin in the nightlies in the mset directory and tried to install it the same way. The bottom screen flickers like installing the gw code.bin but rxtools won't start "Error bla bla will now restart". I do have OoT used to to downgrade my n3ds mset but that is another story.

I don't know what I'm doing. Right?

Edit: trying to install on my OLD3DS right now. I was unclear.

looks like devkitpro or mingw are on in your path. Whichever contains 'arm-none-eabi-as' for windows

Code.bin mset installer won't work with N3DS, it is written for the spider exploit, not for skater
