yeah. As I said the nds installers have never really done it for me, which is why I look for the code binaries.
I tried both that and the one in the newer release to no avail.
I'm just tired of using browser for launching since there are a number of parts of my area that do not get cell service or if they do, I'm roaming so can't tether.
Normally the code.bin method works for me but this time it isn't. :\
Maybe I'll just have to wait til 3.0

For rxTools, you'll also need to hunt down "slot0x25keyx.bin" in Google. As it contains copyrighted code from Nintendo, we cannot include it in rxTools. After that, you'll have mostly everything you need. Read the instruction PDF files in the rxTools download folder, and you'll find most of the instructions you could ever need.

Why would slot0x25 even be needed? They're running 9.2.0, yo.

I not think I can release these themes templates have a lot of effects applied and would be very difficult to draw a template without losing some effects.
However, I will try to translate some languages.
