With those cheats i can't still obtain celebi on my pikemon silver VC version?

pokemon modifier you can i assume. but from what i heard celebi is only for crystal. could get it in crystal and trade it? if you have a friend with one of the games who would help you transport it or use pokebank or if you have 2 systems with the gen 2 games on it

This should do the trick. But if you just write a 0 to the whole byte this should only change some options like Battle Scene, Battle Style and Sound to there default state.
The good thing about this is also that you don't have to activate this code another time after saving your game (except you change your text speed in the options menu).

tried instant messages to with gateway and not working

It won't work with a Gateway because the second line is a codetype that only exist in the CTRPF (bitwise AND). In Gateway you only have the option to write a 0 to the whole byte resetting the setting of battle scene, sound and battle style.

I found my game's id by lauching it, exiting, going into the activity log and letting it register that I played the game then exited, the launched Cthulu and found it that way. once you have it in your plugins folder on your sd, launch ntr the your game. Once in the game, simply press select for the menu

brew that erases your activity log (precotionary if you play online as it's one of the things nintendo looks for to ban you (homebrew doesn't have a valid ID they cross check that on their servers)
