Event GS Ball doesn't work on Crystal VC

Hello,

I inserted my sav file Pokemon Crystal from dumping version GBC (played on 3DS..) on Pokemon Crystal Virtual Console (cia version from web : archive)
I followed HxD, JSKM and reset time.
It's work but when i enter in pokemon center in Goldenrod City, the event GS Ball/Celebi doesn't work.

What can i do ?
I played on french version.
This cia could be broken ?

Resolved !!
I make E4 on roms before i start the trick.
Now i fight E4 a second time after trick and it's work
