For anyone that wants an almost 100% boot rate. Run this cia with your gateway card out. and when the gateway menu boots, put your card in and then boot gateway mode in there. Always worked for me when i had to run it from the hbl a long while ago and that didnt really have the best boot rate either.

i was told at first we could use 9.2 emunand. But im not sure. It seems like it would just boot that 9.2 emunand back up anyways unless you chose sysnand(somehow?)

It can actually boot in a 9.2 emunand and you can boot into a 10.6 system nand with gateway.

I wish you could add some function that it would search for a homebrew.3dsx and prefer it if you are using CtrBoot manager otherwise it uses the boot.3dsx.
Because it's annoying if you wanto to boot the homebrew launcher and get into ctrboot manager again.

Offline HBL Launcher:

I've mixed Gateway and HBL Launcher to load boot.3dsx
offline without the need to download the payload.

The payload belongs to folder \a9lh\hbl

If the payload is missing or filename is wrong, name and
path will be displayed along with the error message.

USA / EUR is included for 9.0 - 10.7 and works with new
otherapp payloads from smea.

Tested and works very well without fail.

I take no credit to this, mainly it was work from others
and i've made only some minor edits to this.

Its just a homebrew launcher cia set to autoboot gateways 3dsx with custom banner and icon and can run along side the original hbl cia with hax 2.1. Thats all. A shortcut

Modesty is a fine quality. Regardless of its simplicity you did what few ppl have the know how to do.

i get a black screen , hmmm ..and i do have the launcher dat off gw in the root.
any idea why it isnt working for me ?

Offline HBL Launcher freeze:
Blackscreen including infotext = missing payload
Redscreen = Missing boot.3dsx
Blackscreen without infotext = Fragmentation or some other problem on your end
