Actually, R4's were being restocked yesterday and today. www.r4ds.COM is the site that works, and the new 1.11 formware is there available for download, which offers full Download play support for games that originally didn't work like Mario Slam Basketball or Diddy Kong Racing. Yay.

My sister ordered one last week. Hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow or on Saturday

from my r4 supplier in china, guangdong, guangzhou.
he got the info from the r4 dealer in that city.

It is possible that it is really happening. Nintendo isn't just going to sit around until all of the people find about R4DS, M3, and other cards. Some of the sites that sell R4DS and other products have already gone down. It is not just R4DS but others as well.

lenselijier is totally right. My friend and me got the same information directly from the vendors since R4 prices doubled recently.
No matter where you ask, Shanghai or HongKong, everybody is telling you the same "Nintendo raid on R4" story.
