Another release of small fixes mostly for the cia version seeming to crash more than the 3dsx version.
Also fixes Missile Pod and makes it less likely to crash after a boss dies.
Edit: Also should fix bonus items managing to spawn outside of bounds hopefully finally.

Place the original MSDOS GLB files in SD card root directory for registered version mode.

nice, this changes the text output at the start (could've checked my dosbox)
so although i had all GLB files but in the wrong location i basically played the shareware version?
are the files for the shareware version packaed in the 3ds/cia ?

the timer for pilot deletion could also reduced a bit :)

The shareware is indeed built into the game rom with permission from Scott Host the original MSDOS version programmer.
I'll see if i can find the timer for that. Thank you for your input. =)

Hello I am working on porting Raptor Call of the Shadows to the Nintendo 3DS.
Expect possible bugs/crashes as this is a work in progress.
Tango Sector and Outer Regions are now playable.
New model 3DS systems have music while old models only have sound effects.
Place the original MSDOS GLB files in SD card root directory for registered version mode.

2 questions/queries:
1. please move the glb files to theraptor directory. i hate putting files into the root, especially if there is a dedictaed raptor directory
2. can i install the cia over an already installed version ?

awesome, loved this game back in the day.
I'll probably wait until you're doneish with the development to install, but if you somehow need testers just say so. I use a O3DS

Thanks for this port, nice to see it on the 3DS.

I only tested the 1st mission and it works great. I have some slowdowns here and there + crackling audio. I tested the game on a N3DS + CIA and 3DSX. Quit the app via Home menu does not work.

I need to check if there is an unlimited energy/life code or something to make tests quicker and easier ;)

On the PC you would hit backspace to activate cheats. I would need to map it to some key or combo on a 3ds. So the audio still crackles huh dang. I wish I had a n3ds to test it properly.

finally came around to test 0.7.0 cia
loaded my save and went into bravo wave 4
and it crashed three times pretty early in the level
around when the first ground shooter appeared
went back to 0.6.4 3dsx
and the same thing happened again, when the ground shooting station appeared
went further back to 0.6.0 (which said 0.5.4 in the text screen; 3dsx) now using unregistered mode
got a litte bit further to the second ground shooter and the first heli

i don't think 3dsx or cia makes a difference but i am no 3ds programmer so i note it
it always crashes with alignment

would it help if i did pics of the crash message ?
