Hacking R4i (Wi-Fi) not working on DSI 1.4.5

Hello, this is the R4 cartridge I have:

I'm running on the latest version (1.4.5) and and kernel (1.84b) on my DSi running firmware 1.4.5. The issue I'm having is when I insert the cart it gives me an Error has Occured message. Any help would be appreciated -- thank you.
