Hacking PS3 Temperature

Is there some kind of plugin or something to view PS3 temperature while in game?

Nope, but you can use your smartphone while using webman and use your ps3 ip in the browser of your Phone. That way it will almost be the same

I just figured out that if you hold start+select on the xmb it will show the temps if you are using rebug cfw. It works in game too if you press the home button first.
