Disclaimer: my english is bad so i will keep it simple. Several years ago, i intentionally update my PS3 from CFW to OFW 4.84, now im trying to solve this, but the problem is after i update to HFW 4.91 (latest) or even before update it. my browser show error like the title says, and my multiman also can't be opened. i cant downgrade it via internet. how to solve this 2 problem afterall?

It's probably trying to load the old defunct PS3 home page and fails for obvious reasons. Just set your home page to a blank page.

Also, it's a bit too late, but next time if you're on CFW and need to switch to HEN for any reason, instead of OFW or HFW you should install DB+H firmware. It's identical to HFW but will let you switch back to CFW without having to jailbreak again. Extremely useful, especially now since bgtoolset is having issues and a nasty workaround is required to jailbreak. You might wish to avoid updating to OFW / HFW 4.91, so you can at least use Flash Writer to flash CFW again, and next time only use DB or DB+H.
