Problems with PSMobile activation on PSVita 3.65 hacked

Hi to everyone, I'm having problems to activate my PSVita on PSN for playing PSMobile games. I've installed correctly que PSM Runtime, installing Sharfood and plugings from Adrenaline II but the activation it's not possible. Can anybody helps me? THX

You can't activate your Vita because of servers were down for a long time.
If you want to "hacktivate" your Vita you must have PSM Runtime w/ 2.01 patch and NoNpDrm + NoPsmDrm plugins.

Can you explain this process? I have all of the above but can't play PSM games due to my 3.65 system not being activated, which is no longer possible to do

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
