Hacking Problem with formating MicroSD

Hello GBATemp community, I've decided to purchase a DSTWO, so ahead of time I bought myself a MicroSD 4GB Card (Sandisk) from Radioshack today, I was looking through the instructions for beginners and downloaded the SD Formatter v.3 program, injected my MicroSD ( My comp has a built in MicroSD Reader no need for adaptor ) and I went to the SD Formatter v3 put the settings as the thread says, now it formatted but it said that the flash erase was not supported (FAT32), is that bad ? I hope I didn't waste my money on my MicroSD, will it work on my future DSTWO ?

No need to flash erase, Full with ERASE off will work fine.
