Though I just thought... How'd you inject it if you can't select the game from the Title Selector in homebrew launcher? Maybe injecting a Fighters Deluxe save which has already unlocked the stuff would be easier (if it works). I only have Triple Deluxe tho.

Grab a very (very very very) powerful computer and plan to wait a lot of time (one or two years assuming the computer is a computer that doesn't exist yet).
Get the universal public key used for legit CIAs (stored somewhere in any NAND I guess), get the "n" value from it (a convention describing the factor of two prime numbers chosen by Nintendo in the RSA algorithm), then compute its prime numbers q and p.
Then, extract the value "e" from the public key, and find the number d where d * e is congruent to 1 mod (p - 1)*(q - 1). Check modular arithmetic courses for details.
d is the private key Nintendo uses to sign their legit CIAs.

A game that sends the vulnerable part of an app in download play. But I don't really see the point, you can do multiplayer without ever using Download Play.

Well.
I remember the good old days of Wii and DS Homebrew.
I would love to see this on 3DS:

-App Writter/Maker. Something like LUA on DS, but way easier and better.

-Animation/Painting app for artists. Something like Inchworm or Colors!3D but free. I own both softwares, but still, they have some limitations in size. Imagination mustnt be limited to size or formats.

-Music Creator. Again, if you have any RythmCore game you know what I mean.

-Something to take out whatever forces the 3DS to update things like the e-Shop (already exists) and the Web Browser.

-Something like Ocarina for Wii. Using the Wi-Fi, access to a Cheat database-thing-like to use in our games.

-Homebrew Games with Multiplayer suport over Wi-Fi.

-Old DS Flashcart accesibility through Homebrew Launcher.
