Look the theory I used was, A little while ago when finding action replay codes for pokemon platinum, I found out that you could convert the JAP codes into US codes, by changing the last lines at the start, the JAP codes on the last line start with a "02" and the US versions start with a "D2", this theory could well be applied, to the jap versions of the anti freeze codes.

Your theory isn't a total loss. Me and another person have confirmed your code allowed the use of a clean rom on no$gba. I haven't had a crash on the CycloDS Evolution either.

There's probably more than one AP check.

Well isn't that the point the AP? They know someone is going to crack it, but piss off enough people in hopes to get their sales up.
Although it's a pokemon game and everyone knows pokemon games print money for them.

Somebody here said something about incorporating cheats in the usrcheat. Was it the "broken" code being talked about now or a working solution.

Reporting in, the cheat code does not work on M3 Sakura latest version (SoulSilver). For me, the game still freezes every 12 minutes.

If anyone could tell me how to get the game working on an emulator(freezes after inputting name and starting adventure) I think I could go in and out of buildings, filtering out all the memory addreses that don't change in transits and pinpointing those that do when the freeze eventually occurs.

You can probably hex edit it. The latest AR code posted allows the game to work on an emulator, from there you can probably filter out the rest of the AP. I'm guessing Nintendo got smart and put more that one AP check in it.

Will test out the Cyclo cheat code, but I don't have long. My old man is going shopping soon and when he does I can get back to FFXIII, at which point all activities not related to FFXIII, breathing or eating bicuits will cease until about 5AM.
