Keep up the gret work, Raqib! Here is my report for patch 3.8.

Reporting a few more ???????? trainers: I have found the trainers in Bugsy's Gym have this probelm.

Also, on No$GBA, when I load a save file that was saved in the Azalea Town Pokemon Center, I often get bizzare graphical glitches (not sure if it's the patch or the emu). I actually had this problem with 3.5 a well, but I had forgotten to report it until now.

Finally, just a request: could you eventually translate some of the untranslated buttons/messages for game features that are for the most part translated? Examples include:
*The third selectable option when selecting an item in the bag (the one that switches the position of items in your bag)
*The message in the bag when you selcet an item that should say "What do you wan to do with the ItemName?" or something like that
*The description of what the A button does in the Pokedex
*Yes and No buttons for Nurse Joy's healing

Quick update:

Just to show everyone that the name translation is going rather smoothly. I highly advise everyone to switch to DeSmuME 0.9.4; it works near flawlessly for me, and with the right 3D settings, Lugia/Ho-oh get rendered perfectly on the title screen.

Just a suggestion, but you could name him "Jimmy" like he was named in Pokemon Chronicles.

I think his name in Gold version is either "Gold" or "Kenta".
In the anime they call him Yoshi or Jimmy.

Sonic is the only boy name I can think of that translates perfectly from Hibiki.
I would call him Gold, if Crystal were in the game.
I don't want to call him Jimmy, because his counterpart is "Yoshi" not "Hibiki"

By the way Raqib12 i also concur with the others Sonic doesn't sound right, no offense..

It doesn't sound right, I do admit; but his "other" names just won't do. As I said, it won't affect you playing unless you're playing as the female protagonist. If you're playing as the male, you will be seeing Melody regardless.

Quick update: All the PokeGear names have been translated EXCEPT Melody. For some reason, it won't let me insert her name... strange, huh?

I just downloaded the latest patch and the latest cheat database-

Using AKAIO on AceKard2

No cheats still found in the database.

But the clean rom still works.

I mean- I don't really give a shit about cheats.
But that x2 experience cheat looks nice.
