The cheats don't show up for me on R4. When I select the game, the buttom which says, "cheats (Y)" isn't there. Can someone upload their cheat file with the cheats? Thanks.

Why not put the Rom in the same folder of the Patcher. Cause according to your problem it says "too many file names" so it looks like its having problems looking for your rom in directory that is a bit far...

Freshly extracted: same problem.
And it's verified clean using NDSHeader

EDIT: Placed necessary files on Desktop. Same problem.
