On M3i Zero, the patched one freezes every time i exit the "pokemon-menue" -.-

The patch is only for EXP, it doesn't address all of the freezes in the anti-piracy.

It seems like it checks a LOT of different times so dealing with this AP may be a huge pain.

By the way, no restarting is necessary. On the menu, bottom-right option (Settings), fifth option, make sure it's on the left one not right one. Then just press the button next to the one with the back symbol and you're done.

Holy freaking crap! The games are 512MB!? Does that mean that the English scripts and text are already in the game? I think that it could already have an English language mode in the ROM because of the ROM filesize. If you would remember, Pokemon Black was 128MB in Japan but 256 in English speeking countries. This is because the amount of text boxes and the name banks for item names, Pokemon names, and trainer names had to be increased. It could be possible that this game is just 512MB because of all the content in the game and the English versions may be the first 748~1GB ROM. May be worth checking into.

Somebody please look into this.

We have two ak2i's here, a DSi and a 3DS. Running the patched game seems to have blocked out the ak2i on both systems. regular DS and 3ds games seem to be fine though.

Are we suddenly screwed out of our acekards?

I kinda wish they were working on a Freeze Patch first, because it's kinda useless to have a noexp patch if half of us can't even get the game running in the first place.

Oh well, might as well wait, everything takes time.

Not one publicly released yet. Kazo said that there are two teams already planning on translating the game, now we just have to wait and see.

I wish I knew how to find the right file(s) or someone to teach me how to translate it. I would definitely help out.

i'm using ak2i, all i can say is what i use, so at 1st for work's fine u need to update ur ak2i to last firmware of ak2i, after that u need to use akaio 1.8.9z, download the last loaders.
use the aa.zip patch to patch the game. on ak2i disable soft reset, ds download play, and enable AP, u will see that white2 get black screen before start the history...
i do all the same things with Black 2 and works fine, some freezes 30min-30min, but exp works fine )

dont know dude, all i can say is what ive done, i dont know if that is what fixed my game but it definitely works

format SD card with panasonic SD formater, update firmware of acekard on acekard.com, download akaio last version of firmware and loaders, disable ds download play and soft reset, enable AP. patch Black 2 with aa.zip and ready

I cannot get the translation patch to work at all. This one -> http://gbatemp.net/t...93#entry4276093

Here's what I did:
- Opened up Nitro Explorer 2b
- Loaded ROM (clean and EXP patched, tried both to no avail)
- Navigated to a/0/0/2. 2 isn't the last file though, it goes all the way to 9.
- I click 2, Reinsert, select the translated .narc file, ok.
- It says "File '2' replaced successfully".
- Seeing there's no save button, I assume all changes are applied and I quit the program.
- I load the (presumably translated) ROM on DeSmuME 0.9.8 x64, continue my save, but no items or Pokémon abilities are translated at all.

What the hell am I doing wrong?

Same here, but I think the problem might be the existing save file.

I tried it again, with a clean file(meaning no save) and on it the translation works. When I try to use it with my already saved file(without any patch), the translation won't work.

I know whats wrong!

It only works with hiragana, not kanji.

So after patching the AP Patch i get EXp on M3 Ds Real.
Game runs. The only problem i have is thats i cant open my Pokemon Menu.
Saving and other stuff works fine.

click open folder "A".
its all multiple folders.

The "2", is the last file you will see.
Click on it,
and "REINSERT".

Also extract that "2" as backup.

Replace the only 2 as seen above.

Only works if your langauge settings (in options) is hiragana
Main menu not obvious, access inner menus.
(Though I advice not looking at stats, some systems hang)
Report if glitch.
