You could always just have a little section somewhere at the bottom of your first post

The TTDS section states the new IDs to use as betav3. I'm guessing these won't work with v4 correct? Or is there a way for me to find the title ID of a game?

If you use r4cce, you can find any ID of a game.

I got the pack for TTDS and there is no ttd.exe

Am I misinterpreting the instructions or something?


EDIT: Got it via filetrip. I figured out though that the version I have isn't clean, as the IDs didn't match nor did I even have them in my infolib (I didn't even have an extinfo, weird). Got a -5 error after giving it a shot. Yes, 5.

How would I go about doing that?
I unpacked both the English Patched rom and the Japanese rom and found not a single mention of a text file.

Ok, here is my mini guide on swapping files in a ROM

Spoiler: Mini Guide

1. Download NitroExplorer2b.exe Link
2. Open the English Patched ROM with NitroExplorer2b
3. Go to a/0/0/2 and extract it
4. Go to a/0/0/3 and extract that one too
5. Now open the Japanese ROM with NitroExplorer2b
6. Navigate to a/0/0/2 and replace it with '2' that you extracted from the English Patched game
7. Navigate to a/0/0/3 and replace it with '3' that you extracted from the English Patched game
8. You are done!

I started playing the patch but after the first badge their is alot of japanese inthe main story but i thought the main story eas 100% translated

I followed every step closely but still have a problem patching the English patch.
xDelta GUI doesn't create a new file with '_patched' at the end of its name.
Actually, it doesn't do anything at all, even after 10 minutes of waiting.
Yet my computer progresses at decent speed.

Edit: I have .NET Framework 4.0 installed and also tried with v3.

Patch doesn't work for me. Done everything in instructions, but I just keep getting rom error code 4. Using a r4i gold (wish I'd bought an acekard 2i instead) with latest firmare. Help please?!

NitroExplorer makes replacing and extracting certain files loads easier

If you look at that change log you will see that I put: ? (vgboy) Complete Story...Thanks (Not the story in the game but for letting the translation team use this: Link)
Which means this patch DOES NOT have the story completely translated.

Dang this it causing a lot of confusion :/

It could either be the game you patched that has the problem, which would mean try re-patching another clean game following each step correctly, or there i a problem with your flashcard.
