Hrm, white screen in YSmenu/wood dldi/regular booting for the R4-III upgrade.

Don't think I did anything wrong, but I'll go through the motions again and see if it makes any difference.

Clone. Just sayin'.. Get a new card mate, R4 III is shitty as ever, i suggest you would get a new one, prefarably the r4i gold, r4-wood compatible, AK2i or DStwo.

AKAIO 1.8.5 with newest loaders. Patched rom and both AP enabled and disabled.

None of the games work. they both get stuck at the loading screen.

Funny, every game i have works amazingly on 1.8.5, even this Pokemon.

so am i right in considering that it is now working with EXP with akaio 1.8.5 with the AAP patch and wood 1.25? will test it later but if anyone knows it would save my bladder from exploding in participation >,< lol

How am i supposed to patch the roms with retrogamer's patch?I extracted the file and now i have a txt and an exe file. I just put the rom next to the exe and run the exe ?

Got it,thanks. Now it made a .BAK file, renamed it to .nds by myself and gonna try.

the .nds is the patched rom

the.BAK would be a backup, thier should be an .nds file to use already, and the .BAK may be the UN_PATCHED backup so might not work. the file already with the .nds extension should be the one you want to play as it is the file that is patched?

The bak is a bak-up (c wut i did thar) of the original ROM. It directly patches the nds.

still no, waiting for it too, i was banned from cheats.gbatemp.net while asking for a save fix. the reason was they think i'm asking for AP, or no$gba save fix isn't allowed too. T_T

im looking forward to my GF shutting the fuk up about this. iv had non stop whinging for me to get it for her, then why it wasnt gunna work. now hopefully it will and shell be quite for the next 4 weeks
