Who said anything about transferring from HGSS to BWB2W2 there's an event in BW for a flying Pikachu that could probably be replicated.

If there's something i'm missing please tell meh because i'm confused where HGSS came in to the conversation.

I've played through D/P/P on my Supercard; If I were to copy the pkmn files with pokesav into B/W, and then try to upload them, would they be allowed? All are legit in theory..

Us? You're not doing anything but desperately googling and rummaging through forums for some method/validation that will help you cheat. Don't use the word "us" implying you're doing anything to help those hackers.

Find someone with a retail game (either on here, other sites or personal friends) to trade your pokes too and get them transfered and traded back to you, that's what I'm doing,

One question, Can I use the bank to save my pokes to, then start a new game and eventually get my pokes back on this new save by transfering them back?

Most of mine did, the legend pokemon didn't though. I got all the very rate ones like Mew, genesct and stuff from Event database wondercards they worked fine.

I used the Event one from Gen5. It wont go on the GTS though same with mew and a few others. Stuff like mewtwo does though even my shiny ones.
