Hekate boots up fine. I literally did the plain atmos/hekate thing.
For reference what I did from empty SD card:
* Extract atmosphere-1.5.4-master-3cb54e2b4+hbl-2.4.3+hbmenu-3.5.1.zip to root of SD
* Extract bootloader folder of hekate_ctcaer_6.0.5_Nyx_1.5.4_v2.zip to root of SD card
* Copy hekate_ipl.ini to bootloader folder
I know PicoFlyGuideV.6.2 mentions a payload.bin to be put in root of SD card. I did not have that, but I just renamed hekate_ctcaer_6.0.5.bin to payload.bin and put it to the root of the SD card. No change.
It's booting package3.
And as @deeps pointed out, black screening when trying to boot OFW does not point to a software problem. If the OFW problem is connected with the "unknown pkg1 version" error, I don't know.
Ahh okay the way my hekate.ipl is comes from the rentry website so I guess it's configered differently. I have heard of other alternatives like the HATS pack but I just stick to what I know for now

Hello! Just received my RP2040-Tiny from Waveshare and after flashing, I see the RGB colors are inversed - I don't see the pads to swap the colors on the Tiny since it's so much smaller, is there an overview on what needs to be bridged? Mine flashed green and rehius' original post mentions having to make the colors swap.

2.74 is striked out because of the frequency though - are you referring to that? I flashed the 2.73 that's attached in rehius' post.
Mine flashes green like it's mentioned where it's needed to swap the colors.

Have you also read the latest guide? If you are flashing anything 2.7+ there are no more color codes, just flashing LED codes with long and short pulses. Color does not matter anymore.

The guide mentions yellow color after flashing is done, which I didn't get, but from what you're saying, I understand that the color isn't important anymore, just the flashes themselves and if they're long or short to diagnose problems.

And a follow-up, if anyone still wants to get the right colors out, after comparing the schematics, the pads for this color swap are on the front top right over here.
On the left side is the RP2040-Zero and right side is the RP2040-Tiny and the GP25 pad that needs to be bridged to swap the color mode.
Just tested it and the color swapped for me.
EDIT: Don't do this, I must have hallucinated the colors swapping, there's no reason to anyway since FW 2.7 as lightninjay confirmed.

You know what, forget it, I must have hallucinated, what I thought was green was yellow upon closer inspection and flashing a second chip. While this probably does swap colors, the ones used on the latest FW aren't relevant anyway, so there's no need to do this.
@QuiTim@LogicalMadness. I did not expect this piece of kit to be this good. It practaiclly elimantes the need for tweezers in the reballing process. The magnetic hold is so strong. Heres a quick vid for you guys to see things better regarding this product:
