Can I use this type of resistors? They are 47ohm, what changes is their W value, which is 1/4 and the one that is smd is 0.65, no, it doesn't matter or they have to be the smd ones, I ask because I think I have seen someone use these different ones but I lost sight

RP PICO is such a headache. It worked fine but when I cut it, it no longer boots.
Stick with rp2040, people.
did u cut according to the diagram i made that is in the Aio Thread i marked excactly where rehius cut,
i even added a bit more space so every should be fine (no i havent done it my self)

You cut it too much, pin 20 should be partially present, look at my example in the main post (page 78)

Thanks, I've taken a glance at it and gone ahead, my bad for not being precise.

Tbh, I grew to hate RP PICO. It worked perfectly but when I re-assembled the console and tried it again, it gave me a purple screen. I freaked out and removed the whole thing. Thankfully it boots to OFW now.

This was a fun little trial but I'll just wait for my rp2040 batch. Colorful, tiny, with no nasty cuttings.

Did you cut according ti the diagram?
My bad, I should have taken a longer look at it. Thanks.

sure u can use them , but why would u want to use them?
there is already limited space that why we use smd

purple schreen is most likely an issue with the 4.7k cmd resistor

i installed a picofly in my v2 Switch and it works perfectly fine.
After updating OFW from 15.0 to 16.0 i just got a black screen.
(i did this using the official updater).

it doesnt boot at all (no logo etc) but cfw still works on the newest.
After checking fuses it was showing 17 (which means v 15.X) but it should be 18 (v 16.X)
how do i allow my switch to burn a fuse and access ofw? i was using daybreak to downgrade to 15.x and ofw works again...
So.... anyone know how to disable the "fuse burn blocker"?
i use picofly just for homebrew and play all my legit games by card. emunand does work too but i d like ofw to be up to date
Atmosphere patches block fuse burning, so you should use the official updater in either "Full Stock", or OFW mode (clean unpatched system).

Now you have two ways:
1) boot "Full Stock" mode using hekate (completely stock system, Nintendo Logo on the boot), then apply the official updater (not sure if that is possible when you already have the latest version)
2) use daybreak to downgrade back to the 15.0, then boot OFW and apply the official updater again

This was made as a last resort for people who can't get a smaller board like rp2040-zero. It lacks RGB LED for debug, needs to be cut, and have difficulties with D0 connection. You have to be skilled to use that

Hello, is it ok or any effect if I solder the CMD point to the left side of this resistor and the 3.3V point as shown on switch lite?
