View attachment 362358View attachment 362359View attachment 362360I think firmware 2.5 is not compatible with my nand(KLMCG4JETD).The hekate always say "emmc is in slower mode"(eMMC info). And once you laod stock HOS,end with failure and the boot0 is broken .Luckily I had backuped my nand.
When I change back the tx-chip,everything works well.

The left is original boot0, right is changed boot0.The right one is backuped after boot failure.

I am in the same situation as you. Is it because of the Chinese system
Did you use unlock. bin
"Currently, I only have a backup of the incorrect boot0. How can I restore the correct boot0?"

I don't suggest people start with the switch as their first "solder" job.. but, if they got the money for replacements, or time for spare parts.. than go for it..

Doing an rgh3 on an Xbox 360 is a cheap starter solder project. If you can connect to the c5r35 via, this switch mod looks very doable.

Echoing lack of success with an "RP2040-ONE", single red blink.
My best guess is the flash ID differs from expectations, given the one notable difference is a different flash capacity.

Presumably 2.6 would thusly make it work, but no ETA means probably worth returning and trying the Zero.

Look @ your RP2040 Chip.. does it say B2 or B1...

Not really since mine glitch like 100% of the time, and boot within 2 seconds. I seen in the thread people said picofly doesn't always glitch.
very rare to fail
I managed to make an alternative of entering OFW by restarting through hekate so it works 100% :hrth::toot:

I mean picofly is still not perfect, compare to one that glitch all the time and boot time the same as the picofly, it come down to the timing on the glitching part.

rp2040-B2 with Flash ID starting as E6-6x ??
I have no simple way to confirm the start of the flash ID; I tried compiling the example, both as is and modified for USB output, and got nowhere.

I agree with you
he said he will fix it
fw 2.6
- fix HOS auto shutdown code
- software update support
- remove encryption
- faster IOP detection
- rework stuff related to OFW

boot0 is the same for switches with same firmware version, so you can get kown your firmware version form fuse, and restore a same version boot0 .
