Once this is out of beta will it be like PKGI for ps vita and ps3 where you can install some txt files for the program to read to get files that way?Update function was bugged in some older versions, so just do this update manually. Anyway, you'll love 1.24 (and 1.25 is just around the corner, hopefully last BETA round), I promise.
Do you use the channel (icon on the wii u menu) or the HBL (launching NUSspli from the homebrew launcher) ?I bought this wiiU already with NUSspli installed so I haven't homebrewed myself, but I can follow directions.

Allright, so download https://github.com/V10lator/NUSspli/releases/download/v1.24/NUSspli-1.24-Channel.zip - extract it to SD:/install/ (so you have SD:/install/NUspli/ with the .app and the other files inside). Now start NUSspli (the 1.17 one you have installed), Press (X) to install content, choose NUSspli/ and press (A) to install. Restart NUSspli after it installed(/updated) itself.I use the channel, clicking on the NUSspli ícon on the WiiU menu

You're talking about a normal shutdown, not a crash, right? If so disable auto power-down:my console just shuts off during download.
It's able to download everything...This is probably a dumb question, but what kinds of things does this download? Just updates for games, or is it a yo-ho-ho-type of software?
A mix of using http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database as a backand + https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-wii-u-titlekey-generation-algorithm-leaked.566318/#post-9075393how?
Uhm... Yea, simplified that's it.Does it just list every title it can download?
Why not try it for yourself? Anyway, NUSspli is pretty good at doing its job:i wonder how long it takes to get big files using this app, like for example
super smash bros (14gb) or xenoblade X (19gb), or X's DLC (11gb)
might be faster on LAN wired than wi-fi using a CAT-6 cable.
Cause of brick reasons I want to add other features first. See it this way: Each new feature could add new bugs. Some bugs could have a chance to brick your console when installing to NAND. So features first, stability after and then the install to NAND feature.I loved the additions, but do you have any predictions about when it will be possible to download and install directly on NAND or was this discarded due to the risk of brick?
Sorry to tell but they really aren't. I checked the Ninteno servers for unknown downloads but there are none (except https://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Talk:Title_database#Missing_TIDs for the reasons told there).I think that one also uses Nintendo's servers.
