Suggestion Notification System

Could the system for alerts be tweaked to auto-send HTML 5 DOM notifications to the browser, even when you're not on GBAtemp, with snippets of the alert and a link to the corresponding post or whatever?

Just something small thanks.

I'm not too sure whether it will work on Windows if it has such a feature.

I think he means if you're actually not in your browser window, and in a different window.

Also, it'd be nice if we could have something similar to a Skype pop-up for Windows.

This is actually something that has been on the table for a bit, something we've been discussing. Getting it tested and implemented is a different story though. We'll keep you posted

I would normally suggest to run a test board, but that would require running another XenForo license which would make it difficult.
Just try what you can.
