Remember when I did these threads? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yaywii.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yaywii:" border="0" alt="yaywii.gif" />

Looks like my landlady may get a call from Virgin Media about excessive bandwidth use...I may buy some too.

<!--coloro:#483D8B--><span style="color:#483D8B"><!--/coloro--><u><b>Read to know when a game could be dumped:</b></u>
These dates are what retailers say is out unless stated otherwise, sometimes they make dates up for pre-ordering purposes. These dates could also be "shipping dates" which usually means that that's the date when games get shipped to stores so a game could either be in stores on that day or after. Some games may get delayed some others not listed may appear but at the moment of posting these are correct. Release date isn't always the store date so don't expect a game on the date.

I love you with mouth.<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->

NOTE: I didn't write up all the games, only some I'd like or may be of interest to others. Others I didn't write up due to lack of info, media etc. I've left out games that have already been released in English and also Japanese titles. Don't like it? Read Guild's instead.

<b>My Wanted level:</b> Pro Evo or GTFO
<b>Temp Wanted level:</b> Pro Evo or GTFO

<b>Region:</b> Europe <b>Genre:</b> Football

The last console Fifa game I actually enjoyed was Fifa 2000. Other since "meh".

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->FIFA 11 reinvents player authenticity - on and off the ball - for every player and at every position on the pitch with Personality+, an all-new feature that sees individual abilities reflected in game, enabling clear differentiation for every player.

With Personality+ a footballer's abilities on the pitch is mirrored authentically in game, creating individual personalities. Players will be distinguished from one another through a sophisticated database that evaluates and grades each player’s skill-set over 36 attributes and 57 traits, compiled by 1700 scouts around the world. Real Madrid's Kaka will deliver crisp, creative passes, Barcelona's Andres Iniesta will utilize tighter turns and close control to dribble through defenses, Manchester United's Wayne Rooney will hold off defenders and strike shots from distance with pace, and top-flight defenders like Giorgio Chiellini of Juventus will anticipate, predict and react to offensive players to win back possession.

Goalkeepers have also been injected with Personality+. The real-life personality of the keeper, whether acrobatic or traditional, will dictate his style in game. Dive attributes will determine the keepers with the ability to reach for further shots while reflex attributes determine reaction times, so a keeper like Petr Cech of Chelsea FC will show be able to showcase world-class skills..<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Stay tune for a better footy game. For me I cannot play another 3D game after the Wii versions of Pro Evo.

<b>My Wanted level:</b> I really want to try it
<b>Temp Wanted level:</b> None existant

<b>Region:</b> Europe <b>Genre:</b> Dogfighting
<b>Developer:</b> EA Sports <b>Publisher:</b> Electronic Arts

Now this is a pleasant surprise! A dogfighting game on the Wii that looks like its had a lot of time and effort put into it.

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->In MySims SkyHeroes, players take to the sky to lead the resistance against Morcubus and his drone army and to stop his plans to take over the skyways. Starting as an unknown pilot, players fight to become a celebrated hero as they defeat dangerous enemies in aerial combat, test their reflexes in fast-paced speed challenges, and take on massive enemy bosses that demand all their skills as a pilot to survive. As they progress, players build, customize and tune their aircraft to give them an edge in combat – upgrade wings for swifter maneuvers, switch out the engine for a speed boost, or change the paint job to camouflage the plane and avoid enemy fire.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Those in the know say its sorta like Starfox a little and that its sorta like Modnation Racers but in the air. Ok, give me a go. MySims Racing was...ok. MySims Agents was a lot better so its not as if these games can't be good.

My most wanted Wii game! Yet we only heard about it at E3. I would buy it but Nintendo has decided not to release this in Europe until next year.

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->The ultimate emcee experience for video game consoles, Def Jam Rapstar is the only music game that focuses exclusively on Hip Hop. Def Jam Rapstar also offers you the ability to freestyle over tracks by some of the hottest Hip Hop producers and upload your freestyle performances for the world to decide how good you really are.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

For me this is one of the most beautiful and distinct games of this generation and I can't wait to play it. Feel-Good are developing this game and they did the fantastic Wario Land: The Shake Dimension on the Wii so are used to doing stunning 2D Wii platformers.

Just an excuse to blow the crap out of creatures. I couldn't even kill innocent people in GTA (unless I pretended they were evil aliens like in excellent film, They Live) let alone creatures just taking a crap in a forest.

Quite possibly the most low key Tony Hawk game to date! Zero hype, zero promotion and all that. Yet again it uses that board add on from the last game that nobody liked one bit. There is so little said and shown of this title that you really have to think that Activision are just releasing these until the license runs out in a couple of years.

Not played the last game but apparently it was awful. Looks like Activision have lost a profitable key franchise, I reckon Guitar Hero is next.

<b>Developer:</b> Ubisoft Paris <b>Publisher:</b> Ubisoft

Hey guys a proper tactical action shooter title for the Wii! Wait, what? Its on rails? Its just another afterthought for Wii gamers? PSP version isn't on rails? Cue knee jerk reaction!

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->After being inserted in Moscow and separated from the rest of their team, Ghost soldiers Hibbard and Booth must operate as a two-man team, relying on the intel of the local militia to fight their way to their target in a city infested with enemies. With the numbers clearly not in their favor, they will have to use their advanced weaponry and training to make sure the odds are. Game features include,
A true Ghost Recon experience: Progress through 12 missions of high intensity combat, tactical infiltration and WOW moments, from the villages of Norway to the streets of Moscow. No matter your skill level, Ghost Recon on Wii is designed to specifically accommodate a wide range of players, from casual players to hardcore gamers.
Built from the ground co-op experience: Two players in third-person on one screen make the experience more natural, more intuitive and more social than ever. Co-Op Hot Join: Friends can hop in and out of co-op at-will, with the AI taking over as needed.
Arcade Mode: Play in cooperative mode and compare your score online on the world leader boards.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Not against on rail shooters, HOTD: Overkill & Dead Space: Extraction were excellent games but they were made especially for the Wii where this is just another afterthought hoping to sell on the back of the license, just like the last Transformers game...or is it? Apparently it could be more than just on rails, if this preview is to be believed <a href="http://g4tv.com/games/wii/63456/tom-clancys-ghost-recon/articles/71788/Preview-Ghost-Recon-Wii/" target="_blank">http://g4tv.com/games/wii/63456/tom-clancy...host-Recon-Wii/</a>

If you wanted something more tactical and with more control take a look at Rogue Trooper. Still its a bit of a bugger that even the likes of Activision can bother to put effort into its flagship war titles for the Wii but Ubisoft (who has done very well off the Wii) can't.

Also Out:
We Sing: Robbie Williams (yeah the guy who's career is so hot, that he has to rejoin a boyband...god I despise his "music")

Junior Fitness Trainer
Dodge Racing: Charger vs Challenger
Wildlife Hunter
So Blonde
The X-Factor
Doctor Who: Return to Earth (no media, no previews? I'll not bother to write it up then!)
Family Trainer Treasure Adventure
Combat Wings: The Greatest Battles of WWII

Please point out mistakes so I can ignore them. Dates have been checked against a few other sources and are correct at time of posting.

Kirby's Epic Yarn will be awesome. That's a fact.
I'll get Wii Party for the bundled Wii Remote. I'll try out NBA Jam and Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes. I'll download Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II to see how it works. I wonder why it doesn't use the MotionPlus.

Kirby gets me interested just because it looks awesome. Otherwise I don't really care about any of the other games, they all make me yawn.

*yawn*

Hopefully Kirby won't turn out like Canvas Curse was (too easy and too difficult to master at the same time).

the quote in star wars is for pac man party...time to edit

i want to use my guitar on rock band 3. im not buying a new guitar just to play it on a fucking video game. thats a great way to make money for the company, but its not for the average player. rock band 3 is going to cost like 600 bucks. really how low can they go for the price of the guitar, maybe 149? probably will be like 250. thats insane, you can get a real, better guitar for that price.

next few months are going to be great for wii games. can't wait for some of these, especially nba jam.

I see.

Can't edit, the forum has a bug that screws up the thumbnailed pics.

Other than that, that kirby game looks just what my girlfriend would like (if it has co-op play). NBA jam looked fun, but the announcer from the video...it's not too bad, but not as awesome either (he's talking just a bit too fast).
