You'll need the network drivers from the manufacturers website. If it's a laptop or pre-built Desktop, it'll be the Laptop/Desktop brands website. If it's a custom built Desktop, it'll be the motherboard manufacturers website.

This is a really vague description of your problem, but what I could suggest is using another computer to download the drivers for your network adapter from the manufacturer's website. Or if your PC came with a CD, there are probably drivers on it, but that's rare nowadays.

Likely it will, but make sure it's for your network adapter before.

Assuming your Laptop/Desktop is HP, then yeah. Go to the support section of the HP website, and search for your Laptop/Desktops model number, and it should have all the drivers for your model

The Device Manager would be more informative - it would show us which devices haven’t got working drivers or are just not being recognised.

Since this is a fresh install, did you install 7 64-bit or 7 32-bit? Also, those screenshots look like Windows 10, not Windows 7.

Edit: reading the HP website, HP don’t provide drivers for computers sold before late 2013, so Windows 8 (64-bit) are the latest available drivers. They recommend using Windows update for getting the latest available legacy drivers for Windows 10. Of course, you need to be connected to the internet to get that working, so try the Windows 8 Ethernet drivers then try to connect using that to get the WiFi working.

No unrecognised devices or devices marked not working properly, so it doesn’t detect there being any WiFi card at all.

Just to ask the obvious question: are you sure there is a WiFi card in your computer?
Edit: I don’t see any mention of WiFi drivers on the site which makes me question again if it comes with WiFi in the first place.

If so, check in BIOS to see if it’s been disabled.

If all else fails, you’ll either need to open it up to check, reseat and/or replace the WiFi card... or plug in a USB WiFi dongle.

buy wifi adapter dongle. Maybe your network card is broken. Windows 10 automatically installs network drivers you don't need to do anything.
