I used WINtoUSB to install windows 11 on a unsupported laptop before, using an USB adapter. You can find WINtoUSB in MEDICAT.

Since you have legacy bios and it says secure boot state unsupported and no tpm 2.0, you won't be able to install Windows 11, you could get away with it if you did have uefi with secure boot.

Ummmm. No.

There are manual methods to do so, but simply using Rufus to create a Windows 11 install from USB includes options to bypass the TPM and SecureBoot requirements. I used it to install WIn11 on my "incompatible" PC and it worked great.

Do you have or can you make a backup of your current drive? It looks like you’re trying to do a direct upgrade. You really want to do a clean install. I definitely wouldn’t try without a backup image though.

My PC was 9 years old, so I just built a new one before installing Win 11 from scratch.

I tried Rufus im it fails in second boot phases

Are you sure your install source isn't bad? Where did you download the ISO from? I would delete it and even if you already got it from here, redownload it:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

Also, what are all of the options you chose in Rufus?

For a clean install you choose that option when you're installing Windows. It asks during the setup if you want to do a fresh install or not.

Why quote me when I am not the one installing it.

So did you choose that option to start fresh and it still gave that error? What about the iso? Did you redownload it? And what about the Rufus options? Did you Google the error and see if any of the solutions others have used work for you? What have you all tried and not tried?
