I'm not sure if this is the right place to upload this question, but I need help with this.

So recently, I refurbished an old laptop up in my attic with a fresh (and forged) install of Windows 7. The installation was a success, but here's where the problems come in.

When I tried to connect my Windows 7 machine to one of the networks I have, apparently, in the WIFI tab, it would say:

"No connections are available."

I tried troubleshooting it, I tried finding some driver updates online, but nothing has worked. And what's even worse is that the computer doesn't even have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on it, which some of the programs I was trying out required it to be installed, and I CAN'T even installed Framework 4 because the installation requires an internet connection.

If anyone sees this thread, could you help?

Also, if you're wondering, the drivers I currently have installed are:

Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection

Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20)

Have you tried Googling for ".net framework 4 offline installer" ?

Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20)
At the risk of stating the obvious, that has nothing to do with wifi.
