Neptunia V Lands In Japan In August

Apparently it doesn't come out till August 30th so I can't get it, as I will have left Japan by then NIS America has not said if it's localizing it, but it will.

New for Neptunia V is an informant system which changes the Gamindustri world depending on who you talk to. Informants can make dungeons appear and change what items are available, so I guess this is similar to Persona 2′s rumor system. You can also change the beliefs of people by working with informants.
