I'm in contact with an Indian temper called bowser. He said that it costs 16k in Hyderabad. I live in Delhi and it costs almost the same here so I wouldn't expect Bangalore to be any cheaper.

The JP version's menu and manual are in japanese so you wont be able to understand anything.
Also make sure that you buy US region games because the 3DS is region locked.
