Hacking My Metroid theme - In the eyes of Samus

Hi.
Its been a while since Ive been here. Some of you may remember me.

Just would like to show what I have been doing for the last 2 years. I worked on this theme on and off with some help from Symular Syn abd Diddy81. Thanks guys. You rock.

C&C welcomed. I hope you guys like it. I mainly made it for myself, but I decided to show it in case others might be interested in using it. If there is a demand for it. I will upload the file.

Wow I did not think Id get such a big response as this. This is great.

Ive uploaded the MYM file and added it to my First post.

All the info you need is in the description of the video, but Ill say it here.. I made this on a 4.1U Wii.

It will work with all 4.XU firmwares, but not with lower U ones and it won't work with a E, J or K firmware.

Im not to sure about that I will have to talk to Diddy about that.

Also, Its a little disappointing it doesn't really work as well in widescreen. If I find the time and remember how to edit themes I might make a widescreen version, if you don't mind.

I also noticed the disk channel looks normal, instead of how it looked in your video, this is with 4.2 in both widescreen and not widescreen

humm the disk channel didnt work for you? What could be done to get it to work.
There are probably some "bugs" in it as I didnt have any way to test it other then on my Wii. I feel bad now.
Is there something I can do to fix this?

I made it on my 4.1 Wii. I can take a look at the wide screen problem. But if you want to do it, by all means go ahead. I probably forgot to add the files since my TV isnt wide screen. Sorry about that.

and about the pointer. Since you are looking through Samus' eyes, the pointer is her hand so it wouldnt make sense if it was anything else.

But Samus points at everything with her Arm Cannon....

it will work on PAL wiis just not the setting edits you need to open the mym and delete the iplsetting.ash
