Upgrading sd card with emunand and everything

How is this easily done in a 1:1 way where you can continue right where you left off? or have to start from scratch?
My emunand is hidden away in windows explorer i think also.

Does that copy it to the new sd or move? my sd card reader only has 1 micro sd slot. can I it somehow with that?

You need to do that on a computer.

You need to convert from hidden to file partition , then move it to new card and convert back to hidden on new card.
