Oh,OK. It'd be best to remove the Ys translation thread from the pinned topics since I doubt we're going to continue the translation because it is going to get localized.

Yes, it is.
Here are two images to show some progress.

The best thing is that I changed the font to one that uses less space, plus it's stylish (Font designed by Psycoblaster).
Also I'll do some leftover graphics. Tell me what you guys want to see translated apart from more dialogues in the next version.*waits for someone to reply*

Yep, everything else is pretty much finished, except a few things here and there which I'm finishing by the next version.

Yeah, psycoblaster did a good job designing it, I'm not finished editing it, there are still lots of things to change in the font, but not the design of the letters.

New screenshot:

*1: I added an o with umlaut to the font (ö) And now Aschen's name is spelled correctly (Aschen Brödel).
*2: I fixed the widths of all the Greek letters, now they are aligned correctly.

I have more surprises for the next version but I'll let you find them out yourself once the new patch is out.
I don't want to give a date about the next release but it might be released in the next week.

I'm also going to be working on the manga version so I'll be making sure the two mesh nicely.
I will also be revising parts of the script that were done prior to my arrival ("dirty john" my ass).

I've been practicing Korean translating for this game using your trans so far. I can start out a whole new trans if you don't want me to use your trans, though.

Or is this a question I should ask to the translators, not Noitora??

sweet, korean! there are some spelling mistakes in korean (like "battle" and the "obstacle"), but it looks good!

oh that's my font's fault

I messed around with the font and I knew something was wrong
i've got it to show up as ??? and I don't know why I didn't use ?? for "battle" in some screens
and changed ?? ?? -> ?? ?? i think that was a typo
And the last screen has a dot instead of a question mark - that was my table file's fault

got it fixed
and I've just noticed I've left out spaces before ? as in ????
forgot the ? at ???
with crystaltile2, I can't see what I'm typing (I can only see the final character when I'm done, such as I don't see the ? -> ?-> ? change. I have to type ? and it shows up... That's why I want to try using a program called crystal script so I can extract the text and insert it back in

well I'm done with playing around with TOI, so I think I should start a korean trans for this. But I just wanted to ask noitora if I was able to use some of his trans because I've helped him with stuff, too

But I can always try to hire new translators
