No. M3Sakura is a firmware for the M3 Real flashcard, with the ability to launch commercial roms, whereas Moonshell2 is designed to work on all flashcards and can't play commercial roms.
However they are both made by the same author (moolight), and hence share much in common in terms of design and functions.
