In this patch, most of the story up to where you beat Whitney in Goldenrod is translated. The trainers in the Goldenrod Underground are translated as well.

Also most of the signs up to Goldenrod have been translated as well.

cool, about to test v3... any new menu or database stuff (ie: nondialog)?

edit: ahh first observation: the woman in Ilex forest still has 100% japanese dialogue. The NPCs right after that seem good though

second observation: dialog in and around the pokemon daycare is still japanese

found a bug... the part where it says " has obtained the !" isn't displaying properly. My characters name is Miral. Sometimes it says "Miral has obtained the []." Sometimes it says "Mirall has obtained the []." (added extra l on end of name) And once it even said "Mirall has obtained the Miral" (that was for the net ball in the department store tower)

you need xdelta, xdelta gui, clean rom, and the v3 patch. that is all you need. everything but the rom is included here. just load up xdelta gui and give it what it wants.
