This Switch is my customer's. I don't know about the auto RCM mode is enable or not but normally the RCM dongle while attached to Switch pressing power button activate the system. I know RCM works.
I tried with known googd battery and no any success. When I plug to PC via type c cable no any sign or sound. No response to TegraRcmGUI.

Check you’ve got continuity from the port pins a6 and a7 to the top side of the common mode choke on the D+ and D- lines just above the port

I found this picture. In the red circle right points for the test ?

Please say me how can I check them ? I put the black probe to ground and the other plus probe to D- and D+ There is no any voltage value! How can I measure ?

Set your multimeter to continuity mode then put one probe on the pin and the other probe on the top side of the common mode choke.

Has this switch got the trinket in it or are you using an external dongle?

Why have you plugged the charger in?

Your testing for shorts with respect to ground this can't be done with a voltage applied.

You can test the D+ & D- lines for a short but for now just do the following

I will try to explain in order of what you need to do

    1) Remove the battery and usb lead
    2) Place one probe on pin A6 of the usb port
    3) Place the other probe on the top side of the common mode choke
    4) Listen to see if the meter beeps
    5) Do the same for the A7 pin

Imagine your testing a piece of wire to see if it has a break in it.

All the information to do this is either in this thread or the countless others going over the same thing.

I tested and no any short beep sound. By the way I don't know exactly "common mode choke" and search on net about it, it was looking "2R2". I tested 2 side of 2R2 and no any short.

I placed one probe to D- and the other probe to common mode choke top side and inside, no any short.

The component with the green and red points marked is the choke

Test from the port pin to the red side

I tested and there is short for both! Then what will be now?
I want to remind my problem; the Switch has no any screen. Only black screen. I can charge, no any problem with the charging. RCM dongle does not response or TegraGui not responding.

So from the pin to the top point on the choke you have continuity.

Make sure you remove the battery and don't connect the charger
Test the 2 top points on the choke for resistance to ground, what readings do you get.

I tested now ground to choke in order in the green circle place your sending picture.

For the first time the value was 640 for each, a little more time later 635, a little time more later 630...
Also there is no any short.

If those figures are in ohms they seem low.

The issue could be the 6 pin esd component just by the choke or it could be the soc.

Can you remove the common mode choke and test again?

I removed the common mode choke and the result value is 625 (in continuity mode).

By the way when I placed the probes it displays high value than 625 for a moment, around 780.

Can you take a photo of your meter while testing

What values do you get on the 2 test points above the port with the choke removed

You need to set your meter to resistance mode, put it on the 200k setting then repeat the tests on all four pads of where the choke sits, take images again.

Have you ever looked in the port to check all the pins are ok.

I had checked the usb type-c port for the pins are being ok or not ok, it's ok.

I set the multimeter as "200k" but not appeared any value. I set to "2m" and tested they were 1320 and 1307. Also I tried the other resistance options but didn't change the value from 1 point.
    The photos below.
