Just attempted an M3 skin although I've stopped because I can't use the interface, looks like that in any event

Here it is if you want to play and don't expect it to be complete (still some small skin2 images in there)

Download rarchive containing skin

Edit: Added a better image (although that's not from a running system, is much the same though apart from the time/date/brightness)

Hihi

Well, like TNG, DS9 and Voyager, also movies 7-10

I intend to write a basic shell/OS based on it if I can find the information I need (see other post), don't like the built in one, it's far too restrictive -.-

Just need to know how the bootcode is put together and how to boot DS roms on it (and how to save saves etc.)

lol, I was just thinking a few days of the LCARS OS for a new skin... it looks very beautiful skin... the screenshot doesn't do it justice...

Congratulations, Hidekiadam, I hope you can get that replacement OS working, that would truly rock!

Hihi

I'm hoping -.o

Screenshot ability limited, unless there's a way to do that on the real DS it's my not particularly great digicam I'm afraid, lol

Haven't managed to get anything working in the emulators either otherwise I'd use those but the M3 Real bootfiles (and indeed the pda files) are non-standard

Added another image anyway which I just knocked up in PSP, it is accurate apart from the lack of time/date etc. though

Excellent "screenshot", comparing both it's a day-night comparison, sometimes a screenshot can make or break a couple days of skinning work... lol... believe me I been there...

again, very good work and got the look right!

Given their first studio album is nearly 30 years old I'd consider it "old" at this point :( as much as it pains me to say so

My first mp3 player was a 4th gen ipod w/ click wheel, 20GB. Thing was slick as hell back then and I wish I still had it today. Kicker was when I got it, we still had win98 on our home PC, minimum requirements for itunes was winXP, and my parents wouldn't upgrade 😭

I never used itunes, always used one of those programs to bypass it, just drag and drop
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
I didn't know the other programs at the time :( honestly not even sure if any existed yet at that point
  • Skelletonike @ Skelletonike:
I just googled and drag and drop seemed to be possible at the time

idk, but in high school at least, I used my ipod as a portable HDD to store World of Warcraft game files on and play it on the school PCs when I was done with my work each class
