Just curious, where abouts do you live? I think the store is located in California from reading their website info and i'm afraid it might take a while to get here for me since i live in Calgary, Alberta. I think my purchase was processed today so i'm dreaming of it coming by friday but realistically expecting it sometime late next week. But if you live somewhat far away too, that would be a good thing for my chances of it coming quick!

Go to www.newegg.com. One the Thee Best sites for electronics. I bought an 1gb A-Data micro sd card for $12.99 and a 1gb kingston for $13.99.

Has anyone run into any problems with meritline so far? Since i didn't notice any complaints on this site i went ahead with the order, but after reading their website's forum, there was a massive amount of complaints about shipping problems and customer service. I am somewhat scared now, but hopefully they managed to fix most of their problems since the last complaint i saw was a post about 3 weeks ago.

i got both an a-data and kingston made in japan from meritline. they are not fake as i did the benchmarks and got the correct numbers. i don't know if they have both taiwan and japan kingstons but they have a box for special instructions/comments when ordering and i made sure to stress that they send me one made in japan or don't send it at all. everything went well and I recieved it in 3 days (i live in michigan).

i highly recommend meritline.

They do. Buy I guess if you specifically ask for a Japanese one (and providing they have them in stock), they should be kind enough to get you one.
