Most probably that guy is afraid to upload because he is scared to do so after what happened to that Australian guy when he got the leaked Mario stuff.

I don't know about that so can someone please fill me in?

As I recall it was the dumping of New Super Mario Bros Wii. Nintendo found the guy who first dumped it and hit him with a fine so big he's had to sell his sore arse on the street corner for the rest of his life. Since then people have been a bit wary to be the first to release major titles.

Why doesn't he put it on a usb stick and upload it at a public internet cafe or school.

good point, nintendo is too lazy to go above and beyond in game piracy. cept that huge fine

Firegrey you are austalian why dont you go to japan on an airpane fight of 4 hours to get th game?

Takes a few more hours than 4 to get to Japan from Australia

Took around 8 hours last time i went to japan.

No, it isn't true.
It is not leaked, but an elite hacker dumped it and got it playing on an emulator.

1) I seriously doubt any of the youtube vids contain real links, or indeed any real info. Youtube is much like Mos Eisley. a wretched hive of scum and villainy. There are hundreds of trolls out there claiming they have the rom just to annoy people waiting patiently for it, probably people who weren't breast fed.

2) The game can obviously be dumped, so I reckon the theory about nobody wanting to do it first might hold water. Someone will have the stones to dump it soon though.
