Its not like they added tracking devices to all the cartriges...

People usually give their dumps to release groups to avoid Nintendo tracking them down.

It's not something hard to do.

Anyone willing to try and get someone to risk their ass for a bunch of impatient people is pretty damn selfish.
All you have to do is WAIT. You will not burst into flames, die in agony, get institutionalized or die in general. You waited this long, you can wait some more.
