If your working on the AP for the game, how hard is it to crack the game?

I am not working on any AP cracking. I can't dump the game. I need to wait for a ROM release before I can do anything.

missingno. was a glitch........he was also like number 255 and a few hundred more and sometimes lvl 213 with Bird type.
Victiny is an official Pokemon, which is a different story.
