Emulation Is there a way to use saves from a M3 GBA game?

I want to continue my M3 save of Final Fantasy V on an emulator while my friend is out of town (I let him use the DS/M3 while he's gone cause of boredom.)

Before he left I made a backup of my save onto my computer so I have a .dat of my GBA save on here. Is there a way I can use this with VBA?
