I've loaded the SimpleLight Version 1.6 onto my EZFLASH Omega and I still can't load GBC saves I've even tried suggest things from other post from the dev about renaming the roms to short names that didn't work. I don't know what to do to fix it.

Goomba doesnt load raw gbc saves, it's goomba emulator save data with the gbc game's save data appended at the end

Try something like this https://github.com/libertyernie/goombasav/releases

Start your game and make a save file, just to initialize a goomba save file, and see if you can replace the save file in it with yours
Thing is its jagoomba so idk if it's any different but i tried using the menu save instead of ingane and theres no save to load

The menu load and save is for savestates, not a proper battery save. Open your game on the flashcart and make a regular save using the ingame option to do so. Once that's done exit the emulator properly using the menu option. This will write the save file to the SD card properly.
Once that's done use the tool 4d1xlaan linked to replace the save inside the .esv file with your original save, and then it should work.

I tried i saved and left the game open for a couple minutes and exited via the menu and it still doesnt load the save
The save is made and loads fine in something like mgba but it just wont load on the cart for some reason

You download GoombasavCore.WinForms.x64.exe or GoombasavCore.WinForms.x86.exe and run it. It should have a GUI to load your (ja)goomba save file and replace the contained gbc save file with the one from your other emulator.

If the GoombasavCore.WinForms tool throws an error about requiring to install .net core, obviously install .net core

alternatively, you can use the goombasav command line utility to replace the save file. If I am reading the "example_usage.txt" file correctly, the command you want to use is

Code:
goombasav.exe r jagoomba.sav gbc.sav

where jagoomba.sav is the file name of the jagoomba save file and gbc.sav the RAW battery save from a GBC rom.
